A nomination backed by the HR community
The Belgian HR Excellence Awards are known for their objective recognition of HR service providers in Belgium. The nominations are based on an independent study conducted by ARC Research and the CHRO Executive Circle, involving 1,718 HR decision-makers from a wide range of sectors.
Being shortlisted among five nominees alongside Ambassify, Monizze, Pluxee and Welliba confirms that a thoughtful, human-centred approach to wellbeing is making a tangible difference for organisations today.
Why voting is more than a formality
The winners of the Belgian HR Excellence Awards are not decided by an expert jury alone. The voice of the HR community also plays a role. Voting is open from 4 to 16 February 2026, and these votes are taken into account in the final evaluation.
In this way, the award reflects not only the quality of the submitted case, but also the trust, reputation and real-world collaborations that organisations build over time. HR excellence goes beyond theory alone.
Casting a vote means helping to shape which solutions are genuinely making a difference today in terms of wellbeing, motivation and engagement within organisations.

Voting opens on 4 February at 8:00 a.m. and requires a professional email address. Only votes from business contacts based in Belgium will be validated.
